Important: SILVÆ does not accept returns or refunds.

 

No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered.

 

Replacement for Damaged Products

We will replace the product at no extra cost if:

  • The product is received damaged or broken, and
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

 

How to Request a Replacement

Please email info@silvaecare.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged product
  2. Description of the damage
  3. Order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
